I am beyond excited to share this wedding with all of you! A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to capture Jason & Leah’s wedding here in Kelowna, on one of the most beautiful days in May. I’ve known Jason for about five years now and I felt so privileged to have the opportunity to photograph his and his BEAUTIFUL bride’s special day. Leah – you are one of the sweetest girls I know!
The day started off with the girls getting their makeup done at Merle Norman. We then went to Leah’s suite where she had her hair done. It was such a fun and relaxed morning spending time with the ladies! My favourite part of the morning was when Leah’s dad finally saw her for the first time all dressed up and looking gorgeous. It was such a precious moment. We then got to the ceremony, which was so special as Leah’s dad officiated most of the ceremony. Look out in the photos when you see Jason’s reaction when he first sees Leah! It was so perfect – pure joy!
After the ceremony we went to Bertram Creek Regional Park to enjoy the amazing views that Kelowna has to offer. We had a lot of fun there taking bridal party photos, as well as Jason & Leah’s couple formals before moving to a beautiful orchard location. The love they share for each other was definitely shining so bright the entire day!!
Finally, when we made it back to the reception, where there were lots of fun games, funny, and emotional speeches made by the maid of honour, best man, both Jason & Leah’s parents, as well as Jason & Leah themselves.
Overall, it was one of the most amazing days filled with precious and beautiful moments that we could ask for! It ended with an AMAZING sunset and capturing some beautiful evening portraits. Thank you SO much for allowing me to capture your day and all the best to your future together!! Congratulations Jason & Leah!! 🙂
