Early last spring when Brent first proposed to Tiffany on a beautiful lookout point overlooking Kalamalka Lake, he asked me to hide in some bushes and secretly take some photos of the whole event! It was so fun, and Tiffany had no idea it was coming!
Fast forward a few months, we took their summer engagement photos at Fintry Falls and then the really fun part – celebrated their beautiful autumn wedding at Sunset Ranch Golf & Country Club!
I started off the day with the boys getting ready before heading to the ladies. The morning with everyone was so relaxed and it was the perfect autumn day! (Especially since the day before had been POURING rain!)
The ceremony started with tons of smiles, laughs, and even a secret handshake between the bride + groom! After a beautiful sand ceremony, the knot was tied and we had the rest of the day to officially celebrate!
After enjoying some beautiful fall weather with B+T’s bridal party, we headed to a couple different locations with the bride + groom for their couples portraits. The reception was shortly after and that was seriously a good time! Instead of the traditional “dinging on the glass” to get the bride + groom to kiss, there were some balloons floating around where couples had to try and pop the balloon WITHOUT using their hands!! Only once the challenge was completed is when the guests would see a kiss! It was pretty hilarious, that’s for sure!
B+T decided to skip out on a traditional wedding cake and do something way better instead – the groom’s mom had spent days making the most amazing homemade cinnamon bun tower! Definitely a delicious treat before kicking off hours of dancing! Finally, one of my favourite parts of the night was where I get to hear speeches and toasts from loved ones and learn a little bit more about the lovebugs – it’s always fun to hear the insider scoop on the relationship!
Overall, it was so clear that during this whole day – throughout the ceremony and reception – that Brent + Tiff are surrounded by an amazing group of people who love and support them. With some great stories and memories shared during the speeches, anyone in the room could feel there was an overwhelming sense of love.
Brent + Tiff, I thank you guys so much for letting me document and take part of your amazing wedding celebration. I feel so lucky to have been a part of a few important milestones during the beginning of your love story. You guys are incredible people with such loving and caring hearts! Wishing you tons of love!
